My kelvinator microwave starts but it does not heat up. I tried to check I found the fan not working and I replaced it. After that I discover that The switch in middle misfuction. When I cheked I realized that the NC and NO switches workes in the same way. I took out the switch and test it differently. It is okay. but when I placed back the connectors it mishave. Finally, I discover that the two wires on the NC and NO short. what could be cause.

The microwave is working but not making warm. The door shut. See nothing else in the manual. What else can look for. It shows a sign when on that wasnt there before. But there is nothing in the manual about the icons/signs
