Hi, I have the same problem as Bjarne Eliasson below. On the left side of the timer it says Lo. Since it turned on I have not been able to use the Stow at all, The Stow does turn on, but it does not react on any buttons. I have tried several times. Now I have a Stow I am not able to use. There is no mention in the manual about a situation like this, so I don't get help from there. Christmas is about here and I do need my Stow !!!!
