I have had this device for 1 year now. It worked well with the Lidl capsules but now it doesn't work anymore. Water also runs into the bottom of the bowl instead of the cup. I bought this device some time ago at Lidl but I am certainly not satisfied. 9 out of 10 times when I make coffee, the water runs everywhere except in the cup. I have burned my hands on the hot water several times. Cups also often fall straight into the waste bin through the filling opening. So I've cursed the appliance many times when all my countertop floated again.
