We are aware of the spelling of the word manual, and the extra 'L' in our name is deliberate. Our brand name is a combination of the words 'Manual' and 'All', symbolising our quest to find and publish all user manuals.

Hi, when I switch on my Hotpoint WMXTF 742, water comes out of the detergent tray area and runs down the front of the machine on to the floor. Can anyone advise me as to the likely cause of this?

Good morning. My name is Mrs Victoria Ingram. I have a Hotpoint WMXTF 742 Extra washing machine. For some reason this morning the machine is not operating correctly. The lights keep flashing. A F05 fault keeps showing up and the washer is not draining. It operates for the majority of the cycle then the above keeps happening.
