Per spegnere il bruciatore occorre premere e ruotare

la manopola in senso orario fino all’arresto

(corrispondente al simbolo “•”).

Vetroceramica*

Questa zona di cottura è dotata di due elementi

riscaldanti radianti, posizionati al di sotto del vetro.

È possibile accendere solamente l'elemento

circolare "A" o, per avere a disposizione una zona di

cottura più grande, entrambi gli elementi "A" e "B".

Per inserire la zona di cottura circolare "A" è

sufficiente ruotare la manopola in senso orario

posizionandola in una delle 12 posizioni di

regolazione disponibili. Per inserire anche la zona di

cottura "B" portarsi nella posizione 12 ed effettuare

uno scatto fino alla posizione

, procedere quindi

alla regolazione ruotando la manopola in senso

antiorario fino a raggiungere uno dei 12 livelli di

potenza desiderato.

La grafica disegnata individua la zona riscaldante,

questa diventa rossa una volta accesa.

A. zona di cottura circolare;

B. zona di cottura estensibile;

C. spia di calore residuo: indica che la zona cottura

è ad una temperatura superiore a 60°C, anche

dopo che l’elemento riscaldante è stato spento.

Per qualsiasi posizione della manopola diversa da

quella di spento, si ha l'accensione della spia di

funzionamento del piano vetroceramica..

Consigli pratici per l’uso dei bruciatori

Al fine di ottenere il massimo rendimento è utile

ricordare quanto segue:

• utilizzare recipienti adeguati a ciascun bruciatore

(vedere tabella) al fine di evitare che le fiamme

fuoriescano dal fondo dei recipienti.

• utilizzare sempre recipienti a fondo piatto e con

coperchio.

• al momento dell’ebollizione ruotare la manopola fino

alla posizione di minimo.

Pentole da usare sui piani 60 - 65 cm

! Sui modelli dotati di griglietta di riduzione,

quest’ultima dovrà essere utilizzata solo per il

bruciatore Doppie Fiamme interno (DCDR interno),

quando si utilizzano dei recipienti di diametro inferiore

a 12 cm.

Per identificare il tipo di bruciatore fate riferimento ai

disegni presenti nel paragrafo "Caratteristiche dei

bruciatori ed ugelli".

Consigli pratici per l’uso dei bruciatori centrali

“Semi-Pesciera”*

L’utilizzo dei due bruciatori “Semi-Pesciera” di forma

elittica, ruotabili di 90°, dà al piano una maggiore

flessibilità di impiego.

Per ruotare di 90° i bruciatori "Semi-Pesciera" è

necessario procedere come segue:

• Assicurarsi che i bruciatori siano freddi.

Presente solo in alcuni modelli.
