Battery Precautions

• Useonlythesizeandtypeofbatteriesspecified.

• Wheninstallingbatteries,observeproper+/-polarities.Incorrect

installationofbatteriesmaycausedamagetotheunit.

• Donotmixoldandnewbatteries.

• Donotmixalkaline,standard(carbon-zinc),orrechargeable

(ni-cad,ni-mh,etc)batteries.

• Cleanthebatterycontactsandalsothoseofthedevicepriorto

batteryinstallation.

• Removeusedbatteriespromptly.

• Iftheunitisnotgoingtobeusedforalongperiodoftime,remove

batteriestopreventdamageduetopossiblebatteryleakage.

Battery Installation

1.Locatebatterycompartmentatthebaseofthebackcushion.Unzip

andremovebatterycompartment.

2.Pressdownonlatchandliftthebatterycovertowardsyoutoopen

thebatterycompartment.

3. Installorreplace4“AA”sizedbatteriesinthebatterycompartment

accordingtotheindicationsinsidethecompartment.

4. Replacethebatterycoverbypushingstraightdownonthetopuntil

itclicksintoplace.

indoors during
