Stopwatch

This watch includes a stopwatch function

which you can start and stop by pressing

button A, and reset with button B.

You can adjust the second hand when

using the stopwatch function by pulling the

crown out two clicks (until the clock stops),

then use buttons A and B to adjust the

hand.

Setting the time and date

You can adjust the time by turning the crown

in position two.

In position one you can adjust the date by

turning the crown counterclockwise.
