Can this thermostat work without wifi?

One of my Hive controllers won't come to life properly - I think it's the one for water heating (I have two others, one for heating upstairs and the other for downstairs). The third one allows the three bottom buttons to ligh when pushed but the larger, main contoller button does nothing at all. What can I try to resolve this? I've installed new, fresh batteries, I've tried remviong them, waiting a few minutes and reinserted them, but that makes no difference. What else can I try?

Good morning, I have recently moved into a house with Hive Active Heating and I am having a problem setting the time which throws out the schedules. I set the time and confirm it but it reverts to an incorrect time each time. Can you help please?

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted last week together with a Hive Control system. When first installed the boost system would go up in increments of an hour, now it starts at 2 hours. The manual doesn't help on this. I thought it should start at 30 minutes. Can I adjust this?
