5. USING THE APPLIANCE

Before the first use, clean the blender according to the section of “quick cleaning”.

The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s.

Important: Blades are very sharp, handled with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender is unplugged from

the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.

INSTRUCTION FOR BLENDER

1. Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 3-minute rest time must be maintained at

two consecutive cycles.

2. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft anti-clockwise direction until

tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the adverse direction.

3. Simply plug the hand-held blender into the power outlet.

4. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low-speed button to start operating. At

the same time, you can select desired speed setting by dialing the speed control dial, the speed will be higher

gradually when you dial the speed control dial from right to left.

Food: carrot, water．

Using method: fill the carrot 280g and water 420g mixture into measure cup, activating the product with

blending rod running at blending speed and press down the burst button for 60 seconds,

the carrot can be damaged completely.

5. You also can start operating by pressing and holding the high-speed button (turbo button), the appliance

will operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed will not change even if you dial the speed control

dial.

6. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button.

INSTRUCTION FOR CHOPPER

1. Use recipe one, max operation duration per time should less than 60 second, and 10minute rest time must

be maintained at two consecutive cycles.

2. Use recipe one, max operation duration per time should less than 5 second, and 10minute rest time must

be maintained at two consecutive cycles.

3. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface.

4. Assemble the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl, as shown in Fig.

5. Place food into the chopper bowl.

Recipe one: remove the bone of the meat, cut into small pieces, then place the meat into bowl, the max

quantity of meat can’t exceed 200g in every blending.

Recipe two:

6. Take 140g of frozen honey, put it into the chopper bowl, spread it evenly, the honey, temperature is about

4±2 ℃.

7. Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl。

8. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid and turn in clockwise direction to lock.

9. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low-speed button or high-speed button

to start operating.

10. To stop the appliance by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button of the motor unit.

11. After finishing chopping, unplug the power outlet first, then remove the motor unit from the chopper lid

by turning it in anti-clockwise.

12. Take off the chopper lid-and remove the chopped food.

Caution:

To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
