is not in use. Blades are extremely sharp. Always handle by

side opposite cutting edge, as illustrated.

1. If Blades are separated, pick up by Plastic Guard. Slide

rivet on one Blade into keyhole slot in other Blade until

they are locked together.

2. Holding Blades together

at base of Blade with

cutting edge down, slide

onto motor housing

until both Blades click

into place.

3. Plug into outlet.

4. Hold Knife by Handle.

Pull ON/OFF Switch like

a trigger to operate. You

must hold ON Switch

for Knife to operate.

5. To stop, release ON/OFF Switch.

Tip for Crusty Bread: Place bread on a cutting board. While

holding bread with one hand, place knife on top of bread

and score a line where you will make the cut. Pull Switch

to ON and hold while gently moving knife back and forth to

cut through crust.
