Dear Sirs, I have had 2 System Plus pressure cookers for a number of years and haven't had any problems til now. The lock button jams and steam comes out between the base and the handle. Can you please tell me if I can purchase a handle and 2 sealing rings anywhere as neither of them has ever been replaced. I love my cookers and find them very efficient. Thank you, Helen Atkinson

I have owned and used pressure cookers for 40 years this product is an abomination. Maybe I have a faulty one but having to cook sliced carrots for 15 minutes and they are still not cooked al dente would be fine. Beef takes as long as cooking normally on a stove top. I sincerely wish I had never purchased this product.
