I brought a Goji watch the other day and it’s been working and my Mum wasn’t working, so I went back to Currys and replaced it and now hers is working and mine isn’t. How do I get them both to work?

I have a goji watch it works ok but can’t see anything on the face in daytime it’s ok in the evening is this right
