Error Code Reason Solution

E0 No pot/pan on the plate. Non- Put suitable cooking Utensils

usable pans on the plates on the plates.

E1 Abnormal voltage supply/ Please contact the supplier or go

low voltage to a qualified service center.

E2 IGBT temperature sensor Please contact the supplier or go

open. to a qualified service center.

E3 Abnormal supply voltage; Please check power supply. Power on

voltage too high. after power supply is back to normal.

E4 Plate surface temperature Please wait for some minutes until

sensor short-circuited: . the unit cools down. Please check

empty pot/pan heating pot/pan.

E5 Fan failure: Air intake/ Please contact the supplier or go to a

exhaust vent block. qualified service center. Clean the vent

after the unit cools down, then can restart

E6 Abnormal supply voltage; Please check power supply. Power on

after power supply is back to normal.

E7 Coilpanel is not connected Please contact the supplier or go to a

well, circuit mal function. qualified service center.
