The

«-» and «+»

keys are used to adjust the

power of the plates from level 1 (minimum)

to level 9 (maximum).

RESIDUAL HEAT

If the temperature of a cooking area is still

high (above 50°) after it has been switched

off, the display relative that area will

show the «H» (residual heat) symbol. The

indication disappears only when the burn

risk is no longer present.

CONTROL PANEL LOCK

Controls can be locked in order to prevent

any risk of unintentional modification of

the settings (children, cleaning etc.). This

was no action on the keys has no effetc

unless it is turned off. To activate this

function turn the appiance on and within

10 seconds simultaneously press

«-»

and

the Zone Selection key for 3 seconds

and immediately after again the key Zone

Selection key . On all displays will appear

the symbol

«L».

To disable the control panel

lock just rerun the procedure as above.

SWITCHING OFF THE COOKING ZONES

To switch a cooking zone off, press the

relative Zone Selection key to select it then

press simultaneously the

«-» and «+»

key, or

press the

«-»

key until reaching position «0».

SWITCHING OFF THE HOB

To turn off the appliance entirely hold down

the On/Off key.

SAFETY SWITCH

The appliance has a safety switch that

automatically switches off the grill when it

has been operating for a certain amount of

time at a given power level.
