Abrir las vainas de cardamomo y extraer

las semillas.

Cortar la vaina de vainilla a todo lo largo

y rascar con el cuchillo para sacar las

semillas. Después, introducir la leche, las

semillas de vainilla y el azúcar en el cazo

espumador Claudio y batir con un espu-

mador de leche (por ejemplo, MARCELLO)

hasta conseguir espuma.

Preparar 300 ml de espresso con la

cafetera espresso LUCINO. Mezclar el

espresso caliente con el ron y el jarabe de

sabor amaretto y verter en vasos chupito

gen en in grote shotglazen gieten. Tot slot

het melkschuim over de glazen verdelen en
