Für 8 shots

Die Kaffeebohnen mit der Kaffeemühle

LORENZO fein mahlen.

Die Kardamomkapseln aufbrechen und

die Samenkörner herauslösen.

Die Vanilleschote längs aufschneiden

und das Mark herauskratzen. Nun die

Milch mit dem Vanillemark und dem

Zucker im Aufschäumbecher Claudio mit

einem Mlichaufschäumer (z.B. MARCEL-

LO) schaumig schlagen.

Mit dem Espressokocher LUCINO 300

ml frischen Espresso zubereiten. Den

heißen Espresso mit dem Rum und dem

Amaretto-Flavour mischen und in große

Shotgläser füllen. Zum Schluss den

Milchschaum auf die Gläser verteilen

und mit den Kardamomsamen bestreu-

en. Direkt und heiß genießen.

8 Kardamomkapseln

1 Vanilleschote

150 ml Milch

30 g brauner Rohrzucker

20 g Kaffeebohnen für 300 ml

frischen Espresso

80 ml brauner Übersee-Rum

40%vol

30 ml Amaretto Flavour Sirup
