When I initially used the W25E machine, I inserted the spiral into the special slot that attracted it to itself as if there were a magnet and held the spiral in place while I tightened with the lever. Currently this "magnet" no longer works and the IUD turns continuously while I tighten the lever. How do I open the lid to check what happened inside ???
