K0452pr-0920

• Place the lock nut (rounded side up) on to the end of the

steering column.

• Tighten the lock nut firmly using the closed end of the assembly tool.

• Turn the vehicle upright.

• Pull the handlebar up to be sure the steering column is secure.

• If you can remove the steering column, you have not assembled

the steering column correctly. Please refer back to Assembly steps

3 and 4.

• Plug the handlebar connector into the motor connector.

Rounded Side Up

• “Snap” the steering column cap over the cap nut.
