Where can I oil the Fellowes 200M shredder

No complaints. But after 'feeding' 2 envelopes with frames to the shredder at the same time, the motor continued to run after shredding the sheet on the next A4 sheet. Then I made the mistake of putting it on lapel.. and then everything jammed completely. Can I open the device myself or do I have to go to a special Repair Shop in my area?

The reverse function of the device seems somewhat dysfunctional. The reverse function only works with a blade that has not yet jammed (but, for example, is crooked in it and threatens to get stuck). Once stuck it doesn't help. Then the whole device has to be unscrewed and the chips must be picked out manually. Printer jams are a lot easier to fix. (By the way, I have an older version of the P-20.)
