Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct
and then save it for future reference. We reserve theright for

Safety
Thespeaker may be used by children aged 8 or over
provided they have been instructed in thesafe use of
theproduct and that they understand thehazards and
risks involved. Cleaning and maintenance may be carried
out by children aged 8 or over, but only under adult
supervision. Keepthespeaker out of reach of children
under theage of 8.
Thespeaker may be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capability, lack of experience
or knowledge which could jeopardise their safety, provided
they have been instructed in thesafe use of theproduct
and understand thehazards involved. Neverlet children
play with thespeaker.
Thespeaker should not be taken apart or modified. Nevertry
to open thecasing of thespeaker. Thecasing houses
dangerous current-carrying non-insulated components.
Contact with these can lead to fire or electricshock.
Do not cover thespeaker. Adequate ventilation with adistance
of at least 5 cm between ventilation ports and thesurrounding
area is necessary to prevent thespeaker from overheating.
Place thespeaker on astable, flat surface.
Do not place thespeaker where it could fall into water or
other liquids. Donot place any objects containing liquid on
thespeaker, such as vases, drinks,etc.
Do not place thespeaker in constant sunlight or near
naked flames such as wood stoves, lit candles,etc.
Thespeaker is intended for indoor useonly.
Never subject thespeaker to high temperature, dust,
heavy vibration, impacts, damp or moisture.
Protect your hearing. Listening on high volume for
prolonged periods can lead to permanent hearingloss.
Thespeaker must only be repaired by qualified service
technicians.

Operating instructions
Charging
Fully charge thebattery before using thespeaker for
thefirsttime.
Only use thesupplied chargelead.
Connect theincluded charge lead to thecharging port (10)
on theBluetooth speaker and to acomputer or other USB
charger.
TheLED indicator will shine red while thebattery is
charging and change to green when thebattery is fully
charged.
When thebattery is almost fully discharged, thespeaker
will emit anaudible signal and then shutoff.
Connecting an external Bluetooth device
1. Turn thespeaker on by setting the [ OFF/ON ] switch (9)
to theON position. TheLED indicator will flash red/blue
which indicates that thespeaker is detectable for pairing
with other Bluetooth devices.
2. Activate Bluetooth on thedevice to be paired with thespeaker.
3. Thespeaker will appear on your device as “BX50”, select it
and pair it with your device. Referto theinstruction manual
of your device for further clarification if you are unsure.
4. Once connection has been established theblue LED
indicator on thespeaker will flash slowly.

6. [ + ] Increase volume
7. [ ll ] Play/pause. Holdin for 3 seconds to shut off

other devices.
