1. Unroll your tent and separate the tent from the fly. Assem-
ble the frame poles being sure all connections are com-
plete.
2. Spread out the tent in desired site location. Stake corner
facing into wind in windy conditions.
3. Insert tent corner pin into the end of one of the long tent
poles. Follow up tent seam, locate first clip and attach to
pole. Move to the opposite corner repeating the process
4. Repeat step 3 with the second long frame pole.
5. Attach remaining clips to frame.
6. Tent can now be staked in location.
7. Spread the fly sheet over the tent positioning the vestibule
over the front tent door. Front side will have yellow web-
bing at corner of the tent, the front corners will have two
pins, one for main frame and one for vestibule pole.
8. Feed the vestibule pole through the vestibule pole sleeve
always pushing, never pulling.
9. Take one end of the vestibule pole and insert a pin into the
pole end. The pin will be located on the corner ring of the
tent.
10. Repeat step 9 with the other end of the pole. During this
step the vestibule pole will flex into a hoop.
11. Attach all four fly sheet corners, with the hooks provided,
to the four tent corner rings.
12. Stretch out the vestibule and stake out using the two fabric
loops
13. On each side and the back of the tent are positions sup-
plied to pull out the fly sheet and stake. The back has a rear
single point vestibule.
14. On the underside of the tent fly sheet locate the Velcro fas-
teners and wrap around the tent poles.
15. If required, for windy conditions you can use the pre-
rigged guylines to stake out for more stability.

Important
Please set up your tent prior to your first trip to ensure you
are familiar with set up and the tent is in proper condition.
Always choose a site with good drainage. Inspect the site and
remove any sharp or protruding objects that could damage
the tent floor.
Although major seams are taped we recommend seam seal-
ing guy out locations due to stitching through tape, and any
other seams where taping may not have been possible
1. The suns UV rays can be harmful even with technical ad-
vances in fabrics. Prolonged exposure could result in fading
and possibly fabric disintegration. When choosing a site try
to pitch the tent in a shaded area. Do not leave a tent up
longer than necessary.
2. Fuels can damage tents as can DEET found in many insect
repellents.
3. All major seams are factory taped. Over time seams could
experience delamination. Simply clean the seam and apply
seam sealer that can be purchased at most outdoor stores.
4. Avoid storing your tent in a hot location.
5. Please be sure to store your tent dry. Mildew can occur on
waterproof coatings if stored when wet.

How do I impregnate a tent? Verified

Pitch the tent, clean the cloth and let it dry. Apply the impregnation agent on the cloth with a plant sprayer or other spray. It is also possible to use a paint roller or brush. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent. Also treat the inside of the tent. Thoroughly clean any windows with a moist cloth. Do not let the impregnation agent dry on it. Let the tent cloth fully dry. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Can I repair a tear or hole in the canvas of my tent myself? Verified

There are special pieces of self-adhesive patches of cloth available for synthetic tent canvases. Stick one of these patches on both sides of the hole or tear. For cotton tent canvases or mixed material tent canvases it's best to use patches that can be ironed on. This will require an iron.

The impregnation agent leaves white stains or a white haze on the tent cloth, what can I do about this? Verified

If the agent leaves a white haze or white stains on the tent cloth, this means you have applied more impregnation agent on those areas. This is not harmful and the stains often disappear over time. It is not advisable to use less impregnation agent to prevent stains. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent to give good results.
