Programma 1: Normaal (normal). Dit is het meest gebruikte programma voor het

maken van wit brood.

Programma 2: Frans (french). De kneedtijd en rijstijd zijn langer dan bij het

normale programma. Hierdoor krijg je een krokantere korst en een luchtigere textuur.

Programma 3: Volkoren (whole wheat). Dit programma is het meest geschikte

programma voor het maken van zware broden zoals volkoren en meergranen

brood. Het brood zal over het algemeen wat kleiner zijn dan een wit brood, omdat het

meel zwaarder is. Bij dit programma gebruikt u beter geen tijdvertraging, aangezien

dit kan leiden tot minder goede resultaten.

Programma 4: Snel (quick). Voor het kneden, rijzen en bakken van brood met

bakpoeder. Het resultaat is gewoonlijk een kleiner brood met een vastere textuur.

Programma 5: Zoet (sweet). Dit programma is geschikt voor het maken van onder

andere rozijnenbrood.

Programma 6: Glutenvrij (gluten free). Dit is het programma voor het maken van

glutenvrij brood.

Programma 7: Deeg (dough). Met dit programma kunt u de machine alleen deeg

laten maken en laten rijzen.

Programma 8: Cake (cake). Met dit programma kunt u brood maken dat bereid

wordt met bijvoorbeeld bakpoeder. Broden gebakken met dit programma worden

minder hoog en vaster van structuur. De tijdvertraging kan op deze stand niet

programma alleen afbakken. Ook kunt u reeds gebakken brood weer wat opwarmen.

Druk gedurende 3 seconden op de ‘start/stop’-toets, totdat u een piep hoort, om het

programma vroeger te beëindigen.

Tijdens het kneedproces van de volgende programma’s gaat er een piepsignaal:

Normaal, Frans, Volkoren, Snel, Zoet, Glutenvrij, Cake en Sandwich. Dit

piepsignaal geeft aan dat u de extra ingrediënten kunt toevoegen zoals: rozijnen,

noten, enz. U doet het deksel open, voegt de extra ingrediënten toe, vervolgens sluit u

het deksel en het kneedproces zal verder gaan.

Let op: laat rozijnen en noten vooraf weken en droog ze met een doek of keukenpapier

af. Let erop dat deze ingrediënten niet te groot of te scherp zijn. Anders kunt u de

antiaanbaklaag beschadigen.
