Can I store power tools in a shed or garage? Verified

In general, you can store power tools in a shed or garage, even if it sometimes freezes there. However, it is better for the lifespan of the power tool to store it in a dry place without major temperature fluctuations. In a shed or garage, differences in temperature can cause condensation to form, which can cause rust. In addition, tools that run on batteries last shorter and do not charge as well at very low temperatures. To be sure how your power tool needs to be stored, always thoroughly read the user manual.

Help! I stupidly was wet sanding a concrete countertop and didn't realize the sandpaper had dissolved, thus ruining the sanding pad. Now new sanding papers have nothing to attach to. Is there a fix for this? I haven't found that new sanding pads could be purchased. I was able to remove it with the 4 screws securing it but now at a loss. Any suggestions without making a whole new purchase?

it is quite a long process to empty the sawdust container does that come apart for easy emptying? if so it is not in the manual on how to do so at the moment it works as a sugar shaker: turn the front of that sawdust collector to the sky the bottom them fills with sawdust if you then turn the front down that bit of sawdust comes out. that seem a bit illogical, any help is appreciated
