I inserted new batteries into the receiver, and turned it on, but it does not seem to switch on the display, I replaced the batteries again just in case but still nothing, is there something else I should try?

It won’t show current temp

Temperature is showing ambient temperature 25° lower than actual temperature. Have only had the device about 8 months and used it a handful of times. Can't see a way to reset it. Not happy.

Hi, I've had your meat thermometer for a few years and it's never been used. I tried to use it this weekend and the "current temp" doesn't show anything except x3 --- (dashes). I've tried everything and looked on forums etc but it seems to be an issue and not fit for purpose. I look forward to a reply if there's something I'm not doing properly. Thank you Donna
