Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

Generelt:

1. Læs venligst disse instruktioner omhyggeligt, og gem dem som reference.

2. Brug kun dette apparat i overensstemmelse med denne vejledning.

3. Dette apparat er ikke beregnet til brug af personer (herunder børn) med nedsat fysisk,

sensorisk eller mental kapacitet eller mangel på erfaring og viden, medmindre de er under

opsyn eller har fået instruktion vedrørende brug af apparatet af en person, der er ansvarlig for

deres sikkerhed .

4. Børn skal overvåges for at sikre, at de ikke leger med apparatet.

5. Reparationer må kun udføres af en autoriseret elektriker. Forsøg ej at reparere apparatet selv.

6. Når du løfter elkedlen, kan du se fugt på basestationen. Bare rolig – det er dampen, der bruges

til den automatiske sluk-funktion, som derefter kondenserer og drænes ud via

Elektricitet og varme:

Under anvendelse:

1. Brug aldrig apparatet udendørs.

2. Placer apparatet på en ad, stabil overade.

3. Tag altid stikket ud af stikkontakten efter brug og inden rengøringen af apparatet.

4. Lad aldrig strømledningen hænge over kanten af drænpladen, bordpladen eller bordet.

5. Sørg for, at dine hænder er tørre, før du berører apparatet, strømledningen eller stikket.

6. Brug aldrig apparatet i et fugtigt rum.

7. Nedsænk aldrig apparatet, stikket eller strømledningen i vand eller anden væske.

8. Tag ikke apparatet op, hvis det falder ned i vand. Tag straks stikket ud af stikkontakten, og brug

ikke længere apparatet.

9. Brug kun den base, der leveres med kedelkanden. Brug aldrig basen til andre formål.

10. Fjern kanden fra basen, og fyld med vand fra hanen. Fyld aldrig kanden til over ”max”-niveauet.

11. Tænd aldrig apparatet, før du har fyldt det med vand. Fyld kun med koldt vand.

12. Kandens låg skal være sikkert lukket, mens apparatet er i brug.

13. Åbn aldrig låget, når vandet koger.

14. Brug kun apparatet til at koge eller opvarme vand. Brug det aldrig til andre væsker!

15. Fyld kandekedlen med mindst 0,5 liter vand.

16. Lad apparatet afkøle til stuetemperatur inden det opbevares.

17. Dette apparat må ikke bruges via en ekstern timer eller ved hjælp af en fjernbetjening.

18. Apparatet er kun beregnet til husholdningsbrug og ikke til erhvervsmæssigt brug.

Is it efficient to fill a kettle with hot water from the faucet? Verified

No. To get warm water to the faucet it is often needed to let cold water out first, which will be wasted. Also, the pipes will fill the same amount of hot water which will not be used and will cool, which leads to energy loss. Therefor it is better to fill a kettle with cold water.
