Use

Before plugging in

• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the electrical rating specied on the underside

of the power unit.

Before using for the rst time

1. Remove all packaging.

2. Wash the parts: see Cleaning.

3. Place the freeze bowl into a freezer eight hours in advance.

4. Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mixture (see recipe ideas). Allow the mixture to cool in the

refrigerator.

7. ON/OFF knob

How to use your ice cream maker

Place the freeze bowl into a freezer 8 hours in advance before using the ice cream maker.

1. Fit the power unit into the lid, it will click

into place. Ensure unit is unplugged.

2. Fit the paddle into the power unit.

3. Remove the freeze bowl from the freezer

and put it into the outer bowl.
