product or remove, render inoperable or unsafe any guards, shields, or other safety features of

this product; or that you will fail, refuse, or neglect to install any retrot kits from time to time to

enhance or preserve the safe use of this product.

When You Receive Your Chair

Before using your chair, make sure your delivery is complete as some components may be

individually packaged. If you do not receive a complete delivery, please contact your authorized

provider immediately. Where damage has occurred during transport, either to the packaging or

content, please contact your CareCo retailer.
