SISTEMAZIONE DEGLI ALIMENTI NEL FRIGORIFERO

Posizionare diversi alimenti in diversi scomparti secondo la tabella sottostante

o Si consiglia di impostare la temperatura a 4°C nel vano frigorifero e,

se possibile, a -18°C nel vano freezer.

o Per la maggior parte delle categorie di alimenti, il tempo di

conservazione più lungo nel vano frigorifero si ottiene con

temperature più fredde. Poiché alcuni prodotti particolari (come

frutta e verdura fresca) possono essere danneggiati da temperature

più fredde, si consiglia di conservarli nei cassetti verdura, quando

presenti. Se non sono presenti, mantenere un'impostazione media

del termostato.

o Per gli alimenti surgelati, fare riferimento al tempo di conservazione

scritto sulla confezione degli alimenti. Questo tempo di

conservazione si ottiene quando l'impostazione rispetta le

temperature di riferimento del vano (una stella -6°C, due stelle -12°C,

tre stelle -18°C).

o Per evitare l'aumento dell'umidità interna, non riporre alimenti caldi e

liquidi in evaporazione nel frigorifero.

Avvolgere o coprire tutti gli alimenti, specialmente quelli di sapore forte.

Utilizzare sacchetti o pellicole di polietilene, fogli di alluminio o carta oleata.

Riporre i liquidi in bottiglie o contenitori coperti.

Per ottimizzare lo spazio interno del frigorifero, rimuovere le confezioni

ingombranti degli alimenti.

Riporre gli alimenti rapidamente deperibili nella parte posteriore del

frigorifero (quella più fredda).

Non collocare alimenti a contatto con la parete posteriore del frigorifero.

Organizzare gli alimenti in modo da consentire l'apertura completa dello

sportello, riponendo con attenzione le bottiglie sui ripiani nella parte

centrale del frigorifero in modo che non sporgano.

Alcune soluzioni organiche (ad es. gli oli contenuti nelle bucce di limone o di

arancia e il burro inacidito) possono danneggiare i componenti interni in

plastica.

Non aprire troppo spesso lo sportello del frigorifero e non lasciarlo aperto a

lungo, altrimenti la temperatura interna aumenta e l'elettrodomestico

consuma più energia.

Carne: avvolgerla in sacchetti di polietilene e collocarla sul ripiano in vetro

sopra il cassetto per frutta e verdura.

Conservare in questo modo la carne per periodi non superiori a 1-2 giorni.

o Alimenti cotti, piatti freddi: coprirli prima di riporli su un ripiano.

Frutta e verdura: pulirla accuratamente e riporla nel cassetto per frutta e

verdura.

Burro e formaggi: conservarli in contenitori ermetici, avvolgerli in fogli di

alluminio o riporli in sacchetti di polietilene.

Rimuovere quanta più aria

possibile dai sacchetti.

Latte in bottiglia: tappare le bottiglie e riporle nel portabottiglie applicato

allo sportello.

Aglio, patate, cipolle e banane possono essere conservati nel frigorifero

SOLO in contenitori ermetici.

RISPARMIO ENERGETICO

Installazione:

o Installare l'elettrodomestico in una posizione fresca. Se l'elettrodomestico è

esposto alla luce solare diretta o viene collocato vicino al forno o altre fonti

di calore, i consumi energetici aumentano sensibilmente.

Accertarsi che l'elettrodomestico sia installato in modo da non ostacolarne

la ventilazione. Se la ventilazione è scarsa, i consumi energetici possono

aumentare del 15%.

Pulizia e manutenzione:

o Per ottimizzare il rendimento, pulire di tanto in tanto le serpentine del

condensatore (se presenti) sul retro del frigorifero.

Pulire la guarnizione dello sportello con acqua calda o un detergente neutro

che non lascia residui. La tenuta della guarnizione dello sportello è

fondamentale per l'efficienza dell'elettrodomestico.

Utilizzo:

o Non aprire lo sportello più del necessario.

Non regolare il termostato su una temperatura troppo bassa. Una

variazione di appena 1 °C può aumentare i consumi energetici del 5%.

Controllare la temperatura con un termometro.

La temperatura interna del frigorifero dovrebbe essere circa 3-4 °C.

o Lasciare raffreddare gli alimenti prima di collocarli nell'elettrodomestico

(evitando di lasciarli a temperatura ambiente per troppo tempo).

o Se l'elettrodomestico rimarrà inutilizzato per lunghi periodi, spegnerlo,

svuotarlo, pulirlo e lasciare lo sportello socchiuso.

o Avendo un secondo elettrodomestico inutilizzato, spegnerlo e lasciare

socchiuso lo sportello.

Smaltimento:

o Per lo smaltimento del vecchio frigorifero, attenersi alle norme locali per il

riciclo dei clorofuorocarburi (CFC). Per le istruzioni, rivolgersi agli enti

preposti alla tutela dell'ambiente.

PULIZIE E MANUTENZIONE

AVVERTENZA: PRIMA DI PULIRE L'ELETTRODOMESTICO, SCOLLEGARLO

DALLA RETE ELETTRICA.

o Non versare o spruzzare acqua sull'elettrodomestico per pulirlo.

o Pulire regolarmente il vano frigo con una soluzione di bicarbonato di sodio

sciolto in acqua tiepida.

Pulire gli accessori separatamente con acqua e sapone. Non lavare gli

accessori in lavastoviglie.

Non adoperare prodotti, saponi o detersivi abrasivi.

Dopo il lavaggio dell'elettrodomestico, strofinare la zona pulita con un

panno morbido e asciugarla perfettamente.

Al termine della pulizia, asciugare le mani e ricollegare la spina alla rete

elettrica.

Foro di scarico di sbrinamento

Lo sbrinamento avviene automaticamente nel vano frigo durante l'uso.

L'acqua di sbrinamento viene raccolta nel vassoio per l'evaporazione ed

evapora automaticamente.

o Pulire regolarmente il foro di scarico con l'utensile fornito per evitare che

l'acqua si raccolga nella parte inferiore del frigorifero invece di scorrere nel

canale e nel foro di scarico di sbrinamento.

IMPORTANTE: dopo la pulizia, togliere l'utensile per la pulizia dal foro di
