moments de la journée.

intervalles de cinq minutes.

La tension artérielle mesurée lors d’une consultation médicale ne représente

qu’une valeur instantanée. Des mesures répétées effectuées à domicile donnent

une meilleure idée des valeurs réelles de votre tension artérielle.

De nombreuses personnes ont une tension artérielle différente de celle mesurée

chez le docteur quand elles la mesurent elles-mêmes à domicile car elles sont

plus détendues que chez le médecin. Des prises de tension artérielle régulières

effectuées chez vous peuvent apporter des informations précieuses à votre
