Gebruik uitsluitend vloeibaar vet of frituurolie, nooit vast vet
Zorg dat de friteuse olie niet verontreinigd wordt met water, dus:
- Verwijder overtollig ijs goed van diepvriesproducten
- Droog frituurwaar na afspoelen goed door deppen met keukenpapier
- Nooit buiten frituren (regen!)
- Na schoonmaken de binnenpan goed afdrogen
- Het deksel is uitsluitend bedoeld als stofdeksel. Dus niet met het deksel
op de pan frituren
