Operating the appliance

Preparation

 Stand the mincer on a clean, level work

surface.

Using the meat mincer attachment

Fig. A

Use for processing raw or cooked meat, bacon,

poultry and fish. Do not process bones.

Process steak tartare through the mincer twice.

Also suitable for making marzipan:

Blend 100 g shelled almonds and 100 g icing

sugar for approx. 30 seconds; after

100 seconds the process can be repeated.

Add a little rose water and 1 drop of bitter

almond essence, and leave to stand.

 Attach the pre-assembled meat mincer (1)

to the main appliance and turn it anti-

clockwise as far as it will go. Lock it in place

with the flap.

 Attach the filling tray and stuffer (2).

 Place a bowl or plate under the outlet

opening (7).

 Place the food to be processed in the filling

tray.

 Use the stuffer (2) to push the food down

the hole in the tray.

 Press ON/OFF button (3) to switch

appliance on or off.

 Lift up the flap. Turn the meat mincer

attachment clockwise and lift it off.

 Unscrew and remove the ring on the front.

 Take out the perforated disc, blade,

screw conveyor and drive element

(Caution! Drive element could drop out).

 Re-assemble in reverse sequence; do not

tighten the threaded ring too tight.

Cleaning the appliance

 Pull out the mains plug.

 Wipe the mincer clean with a damp cloth.

If required, use a little detergent.

Cleaning the accessories

Filling tray and pusher are dishwasher-proof

Wash all other parts by hand.

Dry metal parts straight away and apply a little

edible oil to protect them from rust.

All standard accessories can be attached to

the main appliance for space-efficient storage

(see section “General Overview”).

The drive element is designed to break if

the mincer is overloaded (e.g. if bones are

inadvertently put through the appliance) and

in so doing, it protects the mincer from further

damage.
