I have a very damp wall, following a leak through chimney breast. The machine has now been on for 4 hours, but not one drop of water in the tank! What setting should it be on?

When it stops collecting water it means that your room is at the desired humidity level (40%, 50% or 60%).

Hello. I have a Blyss WDH 316 DB which I have been using continuously for about 4 years. I find it excellent. However I have always had a hosepipe attached to the drainage plug for continuous flow, and it has suddenly started flowing into the internal reservoir instead. I have removed and re-connected the hose, checked that it is clear with a blast of water from a mains tap, and still it insists on filling the reservoir, which is very annoying. Any ideas please? Chris

How do you get continous drain to work. I attatched hose pipe to end nothing coming out. Does there need to be a conector and ruber washer put on first then the hose. An what size shud the hose or pipe be and is there any buttons to clik for continuous drain to work. Buket at front jus keeps filling up.

Probably silly question -don't understand the timer setting. If you press the button, you can set it to up to 24 hours. So, if I set it to 6 would that mean it runs for 6 hours in a 24-hour time period or what does it mean? Is there a way of specifying a certain time period or would I need to link up an external timer? Cheers.

My WDH 1012EA is dead. The fuse is OK, but it shows no signs of life at all. It has been used very little, and I am more than disappointed with it. I don't think I will ever buy anything else from B&Q

The unit has given good service but has now stopped turning on at all. The fact that the manual you have shown above does not cover page 14 'Care and Maintenance' is most unhelpful as the answer may lie there.
