5. SADDLE

5.1 Desired seat height

Seat height refers to the distance

between the seat of the saddle and

the pedal in the lower position.

The seat height is correctly adjusted

when the knee is slightly bent while

you have your foot on the pedal

(in the down position). Do not hesitate

to ask your dealer for advice!

!PAY ATTENTION! If you can place

your feet ﬂat on the ﬂoor,

your saddle is too low

5.2 Saddle adjustments

The height of the saddle can be adjusted

by loosening the hex screw of the seat

post clamp with a hex key.

You can tilt the saddle and adjust it forwards

and backwards (1.1). To do this, loosen the

nut underneath the saddle with a wrench (1.2).

Do not forget to tighten this nut again as soon

as the correct position is reached.

6. HANDLEBAR

6.1 Desired steering settings

6.2 Adjusting the handlebars

To adjust the height of the handlebars,

ﬁrst remove the plastic cover cap.

Then loosen the expander bolt with a

hex key (2.2). After you have set the

correct height, tighten the bolt again.

Then check whether your steering

wheel is properly secured

7. LIGHTING

7.1. (De-) Activating light

Bicycles with hub dynamo:

Via the on / oﬀ button on the light unit

you simultaneously switch on the front

and rear lighting.

Bicycles with battery lighting:

Light units at the front and rear must be

switched on separately via the

on / oﬀ button.

Bicycles with electrical system:

For switching on the lighting, consult

the manual for the relevant system. S

ometimes these bikes have one battery

light unit on the front that must be s

witched on separately via the

on / oﬀ button.

!PAY ATTENTION! When you cycle

without the battery, you can not use

some or all of the lights on some bicycles.
