Descrizione dell’impastatrice
L’ impastatrice a spirale è una macchina ad uso professionale per forni e pizzerie. La macchina nelle sue
diverse versioni (7-12-18-25-38-50 Kg. di impasto) risponde alle più svariate esigenze di produzione,
consentendo di eseguire diversi tipi di impasto (indicata soprattutto per impasti teneri come pizza e pane).
Ogni modello è realizzato con struttura rivestita in vernice antigraffio, facile da pulire.
E’ provvista di dispositivi di sicurezza in conformità alle Direttive Europee.
Esistono 3 modelli di impastatrici:

L’applicazione dell’ estrazione della pentola consente il lavaggio di questa
con acqua corrente calda oppure in lavastoviglie.

Istruzioni “comando digitale” (optional)
Assicurarsi che la spina di alimentazione sia correttamente inserita nella presa corrente e premere il tasto
“START/STOP”; la macchina si accenderà e sarà pronta per l’uso (si illuminerà il led a fianco del tasto).
Per avviare la macchina in modalità “timer”, premere per 2 volte consecutive il tasto con il simbolo
dell’orologio (si illuminerà il led a fianco)ed impostare il tempo desiderato per impastare attraverso i tasti +/- .
Dopo aver impostato il tempo desiderato per impastare (visualizzato sul display), ed essersi assicurati che il
coperchio della pentola sia abbassato, premere il tasto “START/STOP”, per mettere la macchina in
movimento; sul display verrà visualizzato il countdown del tempo impostato precedentemente.
Nel caso si voglia fermare la macchina per aggiungerci degli ingredienti
o per qualsiasi altro motivo, prima di sollevare il coperchio della pentola,
mettere in pausa la macchina premendo nuovamente il tasto
“START/STOP”, in questo modo si fermerà anche il timer, e ripartirà
insieme alla macchina solamente riabbassando per prima il coperchio e
poi premendo di nuovo il tasto “START/STOP”.
Prima di sollevare il coperchio della pentola mettere in pausa la
macchina, altrimenti il timer continuerà il suo countdown anche se la
macchina e’ in stato d’arresto. A tempo scaduto, la macchina si fermerà.
Se si volesse lavorare senza timer, premere 2 volte consecutive il tasto con il simbolo della “mano”
(manuale), si illuminerà il led a fianco (esclude il timer),e , premendo il tasto “START/STOP”, si avvierà la
macchina in modalità manuale.
Una volta finito il ciclo si premere il tasto “START/STOP” e la macchina si arresta.
Per spegnere completamente il display tenere premuto il tasto “START/STOP” per 3 secondi circa.
