Hi I bought this 2 weeks ago and it has done a wonderful job. Until today. I used it normally and then it started given off the warning that the battery needed charge. I plugged it in, like usual so yeah the cable was secured and all the way in. Then after about 30mins the screen lit up but BLANK... with a red light on. Tried switching off but it stayed as it was, also removed the battery but stayed on I'm so bummed. Anyone had this happen? I really am disappointed & can't see why this happened
