Worst product ever! This bike carrier really knows how to torment you! Losing weight was always a random product, always took 20 minutes on average and I never figured out what I was doing wrong. Now I know, it's nowhere, pull the ball head cover up/back with one hand, then it works! Now new torture: The carrier cannot be tilted backwards, I can do whatever I want. Wonderful, empty the car from the back seats, a dream!
