INTRODUCTION
The BC-14 is an insect trap that frees your living room or bedroom or
the bedroom of your children from mosquitoes and other insects in a
humane manner.
The principle is based on the appeal that the blue / purple color of UV
light has on insects. As soon as the insects come close to this UV lamp,
they are sucked in and get into a basket. Thus, the insects are not killed
or splashed apart as it happens in the insect scavengers that work with
clamping plates or high voltage.
The BC-14 is odorless and works without chemicals and is therefore
ideal for use in baby or children’s rooms.
When not in use, keep the BC-14 in a safe place out of reach of child-
ren.
INSTALLATION AND ADVICE
DO NOT place the insect trap:
• in places where children or pets can touch the device;
• in areas that insects do not like;
• in the vicinity of people or food so that the insects are not attracted
to it;
• immediately next to other lighting, here the UV lamp attracts the
attention of the insects less;
• upside down (the receptacle must be at the bottom of the BC-14).
DO place or hang the insect trap:
• in a dark place in the room;
• as high as possible in the room.
The BC-14 is only suitable for indoor use.
OPERATION
• The BC-14 does not have a separate on / off switch. Connect the
BC-14 to a 230V AC power outlet to turn the device on and unplug
the unit to turn the device off.
• The bug-bin must be pushed to the bottom of the BC-14 to catch the
insects. Disconnect the BC-14 from the wall socket and remove the
device to remove the BC-14 basket and release the insects.
CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance and clean the housing with a slightly damp
cloth. Do not immerse the BC-14 in water.
• The basket can be washed manually (NOT in the dishwasher).

WPROWADZENIE
BC-14 jest pułapką feromonową uwalniającą salon lub sypialnię czy
pokój dziecięcy od komarów i innych owadów w humanitarny sposób.
Zasada opiera się na wabieniu owadów światłem koloru niebiesko-ole-
towego w pobliżu UV, które działa na owady. Jak tylko owady zbliżą się
do tej lampy UV, są one zasysane i wpadają do koszyka. W ten sposób
owady nie są zabijane czy rozgniatane, jak to zwykle bywa w urząd-
zeniach zwalczających owady, które pracują z wykorzystaniem płytek
zatrzaskowych czy wysokiego napięcia.
BC-14 jest bezzapachowy i działa bez chemikaliów i dlatego jest ideal-
nym rozwiązaniem do sypialni czy pokoi dziecięcych.
W trakcie użytkowania BC-14 trzymać w bezpiecznym miejscu, poza
zasięgiem dzieci.
NSTALACJA I DORADZTWO
Pułapki na owady NIE umieszczać:
• w miejscach, w których dzieci lub zwierzęta domowe mogą dotykać
urządzenie;
• w miejscach, których owady nie lubią;
• w pobliżu ludzi lub żywności, tak aby owady nie były do niego przy-
ciągane;
• zaraz obok innych źródeł światła, w tych miejscach lampa UV mniej
przyciąga uwagę owadów;
• do góry nogami (pojemnik musi być u spodu BC-14).
NALEŻY postawić lub zawiesić pułapkę na owady:
• w ciemnym miejscu w pokoju;
• na dużych wysokościach w pokoju.
BC-14 jest przeznaczony wyłącznie do użytku wewnątrz pomies-
zczeń.
DZIAŁANIE

INTRODUCCIÓN
La unidad BC-14 es una trampa para insectos que libera de mosquitos

El principio se basa en el atractivo que el color azul/púrpura de la luz
UV tiene sobre los insectos. Tan pronto como los insectos se aproximan
a esta lámpara UV, son absorbidos e introducidos en un cestillo. Así, los
insectos no mueren o son aplastados como ocurre con los atrapadores
de insectos que funcionan con placas de sujeción o alta tensión.
La unidad BC-14 es inodora y funciona sin agentes químicos y, por lo

FUNCIONAMIENTO
• La unidad BC-14 no tiene un interruptor independiente de apagado/
encendido. Para conectar y desconectar el aparato, enchufe y de-
senchufe la unidad BC-14 a la toma de corriente de 230 V CA .
• El cestillo de los bichos debe estar en la parte inferior del aparato
BC-14 para atrapar los insectos. Desenchufe la unidad BC-14 de la
toma de corriente y retire el dispositivo para extraer el cestillo de la

LIMPIEZA
