gratuitamente, por u producto o pieza idénticos o por lo menos equivalentes
en lo que se reere a funcionalidades y desempeños. Si la reparación o la
sustitución se revelasen imposibles o fueran desproporcionadas desde el
punto de vista comercial teniendo en cuenta el valor del Producto, ATLINKS
reembolsará el precio que fue pagado en la compra del Producto o sustituirá
el Producto por un producto equivalente.
En los más amplios términos permitidos por la ley, el Producto o pieza
reparados o substituidos, que pueden ser nuevos o remodelados, se
benefician de una garantía de noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha de la
reparación o sustitución, o hasta el n de la garantía inicial del Producto, si
esta fuese superior a los noventa (90) días. En el caso de que el periodo
en que estuviese privado del uso del Producto por causa de la reparación o
sustitución (siempre que el Producto con defecto se entregue a su vendedor
hasta que sea puesto a su disposición) fuera superior a seis días, el periodo
de garantía será alargado por el periodo excedente correspondiente. No
obstante, si el plazo de la garantía legal en el caso de sustitución o reparación
en vigor en su país fuese superior, sólo será aplicable la garantía legal.
Se excluyen de la presente garantía los siguientes casos:
Productos dañados por un mal uso o utilización del Producto no conforme a
las instrucciones del manual de usuario;
Por una conexión incorrecta o uso inadecuado del producto, en particular
con accesorios incompatibles en los términos que constan en el manual de
utilización;
Por causa de que el Producto haya sido abierto, modicado o equipado con
piezas de sustitución no aprobadas;
Remoción del número de serie o alteración de modo que el número de
serie se torne ilegible.
Desgaste normal, incluido el desgaste normal de los accesorios, baterías y
pantallas;
No haber respetado las normas técnicas y de seguridad vigentes en el área
geográca de utilización;
Productos que hayan sufrido golpes o caídas;
Daños resultantes de rayos, oscilaciones de energía, proximidad a una
fuente de calor radiación, agua, exposición a temperatura excesiva,
humedad u otras condiciones ambientales o cualquier causa externa al
Producto.
Negligencia o manutención incorrecta;
Daños causados por servicios de manutención o reparación fuera de un
centro homologado Atlinks.
Si el producto reexpedido no estuviese cubierto por la garantía, recibirá un
presupuesto de reparación que mencionará el coste de análisis y los costes
logísticos que serán cobrados en el caso de que pretenda que el Producto le
sea devuelto.
Esta garantía es válida en el país donde usted ha comprado el producto, con
la condición de que sea un miembro de la Unión Europea.
Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales imperativas, todas las garantías que
no están descritas en el presente documento son expresamente excluidas.

9. MEDIO AMBIENTE
Este símbolo indica que el aparato electrónico fuera de
uso se debe desechar de forma independiente y nunca
junto a los residuos domésticos. Con este propósito, la
Unión Europea ha establecido un sistema de recogida y
reciclaje específico con el que la responsabilidad recae
sobre productores.
Este aparato está diseñado y fabricado con materiales y componentes
de alta calidad que se pueden reciclar y volver a utilizar. Es muy probable
que los aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos contengan elementos que, si
bien son indispensables para el buen funcionamiento del sistema, pueden

exposición a condiciones de humedad excesiva o cualquier otra causa
externa al propio producto;
� negligencia o falta de mantenimiento;
� mantenimiento o reparación del producto por personas no homologadas
por el fabricante o el distribuidor.

8. SEGURIDAD
¡ No utilizar el teléfono para señalar una fuga de gas
permaneciendo cerca de esta fuga!
En caso de tormenta, se recomienda no utilizar ningún teléfono.
Por la presente ATLINKS declara que el teléfono Temporis10 está en
conformidad con las exigencias esenciales y las demás disposiciones
pertinentes de la directiva 1999/5/CE.

1. INSTALAR O TELEFONE
O seu telefone Temporis 10 é constituído por:
� uma base e um microtelefone,
� 1 cabo de linha telefónica,
� 1 etiqueta de números de emergência.
Ligar uma extremidade do cabo telefónico (parte em espiral) na
tomada situada embaixo do microtelefone. Ligar a outra extremidade do
cabo de linha à tomada telefónica da parede.
2. INSTALAÇÃO MURAL
� Para instalar o telefone na parede, fazer passar o
cabo de linha (parte sem espiral) nas 2 ranhuras
situadas sob a base (embaixo).
� Perfurar na parede dois orifícios verticais espaçados
de 83 mm. Inserir as buchas e aparafusar os
parafusos para madeira (diâmetro: 3 mm, comp.:
25 mm) sem os apertar até o fim. Fixar a base nos
parafusos, puxando-a para baixo.
� Na base, fazer pivotar a peça plástica redonda
(utilizando uma chave de fenda ou uma moeda) de
maneira a que a palavra “wall” (parede) fique no
sentido da leitura.
!Os parafusos não são fornecidos na embalagem.
3. UTILIZAÇÃO DO TEMPORIS 10
� Chamar um interlocutor
Levantar o microtelefone, esperar a tonalidade e marcar o número do
interlocutor.
� Repetir o último número marcado
Levantar o microtelefone, esperar a tonalidade e premir a tecla .
� Ajustar o volume de toque (2 níveis) situado no lado superior do
microtelefone
O dispositivo de regulação do nível sonoro da melodia de chamada,
encontra-se, inicialmente, no nível mais alto

� Função Sigilo
Durante uma conversação, se quiser deixar de ser ouvido
momentaneamente pelo seu interlocutor. Para retomar a conversação
e ser ouvido pelo seu interlocutor, premir novamente a tecla .
� Indicador luminoso de chamada
Quando da chegada de uma chamada, o indicador luminoso situado
no topo do microtelefone acende-se.
4. PROGRAMAÇÃO DOS PARÂMETROS DO
TEMPORIS 10
� Marcação por multifrequências / marcação decimal
A marcação no seu telefone efectua-se, por defeito, em multifrequências
( ). Caso isto não lhe convenha, pode passar à marcação decimal
colocando (com a ajuda da ponta de uma caneta) o cursor situado no
lado inferior do microtelefone em ( ) .
� Pausa ( )
Esta função é utilizada exclusivamente atrás de um autocomutador
privado, nas empresas (para inserir uma pausa, por exemplo, entre o
prefixo de saída do PABX e o número a enviar na linha).
� Tempo de flash
O cursor, situado na parte superior do microtelefone, permite modificar
o tempo de flash (valores: 100, 300 ou 600 ms).
Posicionar o cursor (com a ajuda da ponta de uma caneta) no valor
escolhido (atrás do PABX: 100 ms – rede pública portuguesa: 300 ms).
Para validar a mudança, colocar uma vez o microtelefone na base antes
de marcar.
5. QUE FAZER SE... ?
� Não há tonalidade

Verificar se o cabo de linha está corretamente ligado na tomada
da parede.

Verificar se o pedal de desligamento situado na microtelefone não
está bloqueado.
Nota: Em caso de ligação a um sistema telefónico da empresa
(PABX), um indicador luminoso vermelho ( ) fica intermitente
para lhe indicar a presença de mensagens do correio de voz (válido
apenas com certos PABX).

� O telefone não sinaliza

Verificar se a melodia de chamada não foi desactivada (ver ajuste
do nível da melodia de chamada).
� O interlocutor não é audível

Verificar se um outro aparelho telefónico da instalação não está
desligado em paralelo.
6. CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS
� Ligação telefónica: aparelho destinado a ligar-se a uma linha telefónica
analógica classificada TRT3 (tensão de rede de telecomunicações) de
acordo com a norma EN 60950.
� Atenção: a tensão da rede é classificada perigosa segundo os critérios
da norma.
� Temperatura de funcionamento: de 5 a 40 °C.
7. GARANTIA
O seu telefone Temporis 10 é um equipamento autorizado conforme a
regulamentação europeia, o que é atestado pela marcação CE.
Você beneficia, por conseguinte, de uma garantia legal sobre este
produto. Para qualquer informação relativa a esta garantia, entre em
contacto com o seu revendedor.
Independentemente desta garantia legal, o revendedor garante a
conformidade dos telefones às suas especificações técnicas durante um
período de doze (12) meses, peças e mão de obra, a contar da data que
figura na prova de compra do telefone. Deve portanto conservar a sua
factura ou o seu ticket de caixa indicando a data de compra do produto
e o nome do revendedor. No entanto, se o prazo de garantia legal em
vigor no seu país exceder doze (12) meses, apenas esta garantia legal
será aplicável. Se o prazo de garantia legal for inferior a doze (12) meses,
o período total da garantia (legal e comercial) será de doze (12) meses.
A peça ou o produto não conformes serão reparados ou trocados
gratuitamente por uma peça ou um produto idêntico, que apresente um
nível de funcionalidade e de desempenho equivalente ou superior. Se a
reparação ou substituição se revelarem impossíveis, o produto ser-lhe-
á reembolsado.
Os produtos e peças de substituição - que podem ser novos ou
recondicionados - beneficiam de uma garantia de três meses a contar da
data da reparação, ou até o fim do período de garantia inicial, se este for
superior a três meses. Todas as peças ou produtos devolvidos e trocados
passam a ser propriedade do fabricante.
O produto Temporis 10 está conforme com as normas técnicas europeias, o
que é atestado pela marcação CE.
O produto que acaba de adquirir é um produto tecnológico, que deve ser
manuseado
com precaução.
Este produto pode beneciar de uma garantia legal nos termos e condições
aplicáveis aos bens de consumo no país onde comprou o produto.
Para informações relacionadas com a garantia legal, deverá consultar o seu
revendedor.
Sem prejuízo de toda e qualquer garantia legal de que o produto benecie,
ATLINKS garante que o produto constante da presente embalagem está
conforme com as especicações técnicas estabelecidas no guia do utilizador,
durante o período da garantia. Este período da garantia terá início na data
da compra de um Produto não usado, que se presume seja a data constante
da factura ou recibo emitido pelo seu vendedor e do qual consta o nome do
vendedor, e decorrerá por um período de:
Vinte e quatro (24) meses para o telefone, com exclusão dos consumíveis,
acessórios e baterias.
Qualquer reclamação que venha a ser efectuada no âmbito desta garantia
e durante o período da garantia, deverá ser acompanhada do Produto por
completo, o qual deverá ser devolvido ao vendedor a quem comprou o Produto
e no endereço correspondente ao seu estabelecimento de venda, logo que o
defeito surja ou seja conhecido, juntamente com o comprovativo da compra, o
qual consiste na facture ou recibo emitido pelo vendedor especicando o lugar
da compra e o número de série do Produto.
Durante o período de garantia, o Produto ou peça que revele possuir um
defeito no desenho, materiais ou acabamentos será reparado ou substituído,
gratuitamente, por um produto ou peça idênticos ou pelo menos equivalentes
ao nível da funcionalidade e desempenho. Se a reparação ou substituição
se revelarem impossíveis ou forem desproporcionadas do ponto de vista
comercial tendo em conta o valor do Produto, ATLINKS reembolsará o preço
pago na compra do
Produto ou substituirá o Produto por outro equivalente.
Nos mais amplos termos permitidos pela lei, o Produto ou peça reparados
ou substituídos, que podem ser novos ou remodelados, beneciam de uma
garantia de noventa (90) dias a contar da data da reparação ou substituição,
ou até ao termo da garantia inicial do Produto, se esta for superior aos noventa
(90) dias. No caso do período em que estiver privado do uso do Produto para
efeitos de reparação ou substituição (desde que o Produto com defeito seja
entregue ao seu vendedor até
que seja colocado à sua disposição) for superior a seis dias, o período de
garantia será estendido pelo período excedente correspondente. No entanto,
se o prazo da garantia legal em caso de substituição ou reparação em vigor
no seu país for superior, apenas será aplicável a garantia legal.
A presente garantia não é aplicável nos seguintes casos:
Danos resultantes de instalação ou utilização do Produto não conformes
com as instruções constantes do guia do utilizador;
Ligação incorrecta ou uso inadequado do Produto, em particular com
acessórios incompatíveis nos termos constantes do guia do utilizador;
Produto que tenha sido aberto, modificado ou equipado com peças de
substituição não aprovadas;
Remoção do número de série ou sua deturpação de forma a que o número
de série se torne ilegível;
Desgaste normal, incluindo desgaste normal dos acessórios, baterias e
ecrãs;
Desrespeito pelas normas técnicas e de segurança vigentes na área
geográca de utilização;
Produtos que tenham sofrido choques ou quedas;
Danos resultantes de raios, oscilações de energia, proximidade a uma fonte
de calor ou radiação, água, exposição a temperatura excessiva, humidade,
ou outras condições ambientais ou qualquer outra causa externa ao
Produto;
Negligência ou manutenção incorrecta;
Danos causados por serviços de manutenção ou reparação executados por
pessoas que não são prestadores de serviços autorizados pela ATLINKS.
Se o Produto devolvido não estiver coberto pela garantia, receberá uma
estimativa
dos encargos da reparação, que incluirá o valor do processamento e o
transporte
que serão cobrados caso pretenda que o Produto lhe seja devolvido.
Esta garantia é válida no país onde o Produto foi comprado, desde que seja
um
Estado-Membro da União Europeia.
Sem prejuízo das disposições legais imperativas, todas as garantias que não
sejam
as descritas no presente documento são expressamente excluídas.
NOS MAIS AMPLOS TERMOS PERMITIDOS PELA LEI APLICÁVEL:
ESTA GARANTIA É EXCLUSIVA DE TODAS E QUAISQUER OUTRAS
GARANTIAS, EXPRESSAS OU IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUINDO, MAS NÃO
SE LIMITANDO, ÀS GARANTIAS DE COMERCIALIZAÇÃO OU DE
ADEQUAÇÃO A UMA FINALIDADE ESPECÍFICA.
ATLINKS NÃO É RESPONSÁVEL POR QUAISQUER PERDAS DE
DADOS OU PERDAS DE UTILIZAÇÃO DE DADOS, INACTIVIDADE,
PERDA DE OPORTUNIDADES DE NEGÓCIOS, LUCROS CESSANTES,
PERDA DE CLIENTELA OU DE OUTRA VANTAGEM ECONÓMICA, OU,
EM GERAL POR QUAISQUER DANOS INDIRECTOS, IMATERIAIS,
CONSEQUENCIAIS OU NCIDENTAIS.
A RESPONSABILIDADE DA ATLINKS ESTÁ LIMITADA AO PREÇO DE
COMPRA DO PRODUTO, EXCEPTO NO CASO DE NEGLIGÊNCIA
GROSSEIRA, DOLO OU DE RESPONSABILIDADE OBJECTIVA DO
PRODUTOR E RESPONSABILIDADE POR MORTE OU DANOS

No entanto, a presente garantia não é aplicável nos seguintes casos:
� instalação ou utilização não conforme com as instruções indicadas neste

� ligação incorrecta, ou uso inadequado do produto, em particular com
acessórios não previstos para o efeito;
� desgaste normal;
� desrespeito das normas técnicas e de segurança vigentes no país de
utilização;
� produtos que tenham sofrido choques ou quedas;
� produtos deteriorados devido a efeitos provocados por raios, sobretensão
eléctrica, fonte de calor ou as suas radiações, danos causados por água,
exposição a condições de humidade excessiva, ou qualquer outra causa
externa ao produto propriamente dito;
� negligência ou conservação incorrecta;
� intervenções de manutenção ou reparações levadas a cabo por alguém
não qualificado pelo fabricante ou revendedor.
SOB RESERVA DAS DISPOSIÇÕES LEGAIS, TODAS AS GARANTIAS
QUE NÃO SEJAM AS DESCRITAS NO PRESENTE DOCUMENTO SÃO
EXPRESSAMENTE EXCLUÍDAS.
8. SEGURANÇA

Não utilize o seu telefone para alertar de uma fuga de gás junto
do local onde está a ocorrer a fuga.
Em caso de tempestade, é recomendado não utilizar nenhum telefone.
A ATLINKSdeclara que o telefone Temporis 10cumpre com os requisitos
essenciais e outras disposições aplicáveis da directiva 1999/5/CE.

9. MEIO AMBIENTE
Este símbolo significa que o seu aparelho electrónico fora
de uso não deve ser eliminado juntamente com o lixo
doméstico, mas colectado separadamente. Para o efeito,
a União Europeia instituiu um sistema de recolha e
reciclagem específico, cuja responsabilidade cabe aos
fabricantes.
Este aparelho foi concebido e fabricado com materiais e componentes
de alta qualidade que podem ser reciclados e reutilizados. Os aparelhos
eléctricos e electrónicos são susceptíveis de conter elementos que,
embora indispensáveis ao bom funcionamento do sistema, podem se
revelar perigosos para a saúde e para o meio ambiente se forem

1. INSTALLAZIONE DEL TELEFONO
Il vostro telefono Temporis 10 è costituito da:
� una base e un microtelefono,
� un cordone per la presa telefonica,
� un'etichetta per i numeri d'emergenza.
Collegare un’estremità del cordone telefonico (cordone a spirale) nella
presa situata sulla parte inferiore del microtelefono. Inserire l'altra
estremità del cordone telefonico nella presa telefonica a parete.
2. FISSAGGIO DEL TELEFONO SULLA PARETE
� Per fissare il telefono sulla parete, far passare il
cordone di linea (parte senza spirale) nelle due
scanalature situate sotto la base (in basso).
� Fare due buchi verticali nel muro a una distanza
di 83 mm. Inserire i tasselli ed avvitare con viti da
legno (diametro: 3 mm, lunghezza: 25 mm) senza
stringerle troppo. Fissare la base sulle viti tirandola
verso il basso.
� Sulla base, girare il pezzo di plastica rotondo (con
un cacciavite a intaglio o una piccola moneta) in
modo che la scritta “wall” (muro) sia nel senso di
lettura.
! Le viti non sono fornite nel pacco.
3. COME UTILIZZARE IL TEMPORIS 10
� Chiamare un interlocutore
Sganciare il microtelefono, attendere il tono e comporre il numero
dell'interlocutore.
� Richiamare l'ultimo numero composto
Sganciare il microtelefono per ottenere il tono di chiamata e in seguito
premere il tasto .
� Regolare il volume della suoneria (2 livelli) situato sul lato superiore
del microtelefono
La regolazione del volume della suoneria, è predefinita al livello più alto
( ). Potete abbassarla posizionando il cursore di fronte a ( ).

� Funzione Mute
Durante la conversazione, se desiderate parlare senza farvi udire dal
vostro interlocutore. Per riprendere la conversazione e farvi udire dal
vostro interlocutore, premere di nuovo il tasto .
� Spia di suoneria
Quando ricevete una chiamata, la spia luminosa situata sulla parte
superiore del microtelefono si accende.
4. IMPOSTAZIONE DEL TEMPORIS 10
� Selezione a frequenze vocali/selezione decadica
In modalità predefinita il vostro telefono compone il numero in frequenze
vocali ( ). Se volete cambiare, potete passare alla selezione decadica
posizionando il cursore (con la punta di una penna) posto sul lato inferiore
del microtelefono su ( ) .
� Pausa ( )
Questa funzione viene utilizzata unicamente dietro un commutatore
privato aziendale (per inserire una pausa, ad esempio, tra il prefisso
di uscita dal PABX e il numero da inviare in linea).
� Tempo di flashing
Il cursore, situato sul lato superiore del microtelefono, permette di
modificare la durata del flashing (valori: 100, 300 o 600 ms).
Posizionare il cursore (con la punta di una penna) sul valore prescelto
(dietro PABX: 100 ms – rete pubblica italiana: 100 ms).
Per convalidare il cambiamento, riagganciare una volta il microtelefono
sulla base prima di comporre il numero.
5. COME FARE SE... ?
� Non si ode il tono

Verificare che il cordone di linea sia inserito bene nella presa a
parete.

Verificare che il pulsante del gancio non sia bloccato.
Nota: In caso di collegamento a un sistema telefonico aziendale
(PABX), una spia luminosa rossa ( ) lampeggia per indicare la
presenza di messaggi vocali (valido solamente su alcuni PABX).

� Il telefono non suona

Verificare che la suoneria non sia stata spenta (si veda regolazione
della suoneria).
� Non si riesce a sentire l'interlocutore

Verificare che un altro apparecchio dell'installazione non sia stato
sganciato contemporaneamente.
6. CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
� Collegamento telefonico: apparecchio destinato ad essere collegato a
una linea telefonica analogica TNV3 (tensione di rete di
telecomunicazioni) ai sensi della norma NF EN 60950.
� Attenzione, la tensione di rete è classificata pericolosa in base ai criteri
della stessa norma.
� Temperatura di funzionamento: 5-40 °C.
7. GARANZIA

regolamentazione europea, certificata dalla marcatura CE.
L’apparecchio è quindi coperto da una garanzia legale. Per qualsiasi
informazione riguardo detta garanzia, contattare il vostro rivenditore.
Oltre alla garanzia legale, il rivenditore garantisce la conformità dei
prodotti alle specifiche tecniche per un periodo di dodici (12) mesi per i
pezzi e la manodopera, dalla data di acquisto che figura sullo scontrino.
Siete quindi tenuti a conservare la fattura o lo scontrino che precisano la
data di acquisto del prodotto ed il nome del rivenditore. Tuttavia, se la
garanzia legale in vigore nel vostro paese è superiore a dodici (12) mesi,
verrà applicata unicamente la garanzia legale. Se il termine della garanzia
è inferiore a dodici (12) mesi, il periodo totale di garanzia (legale e
commerciale) sarà di dodici (12) mesi. Il pezzo o prodotto difettosi
verranno riparati o sostituiti gratuitamente con un pezzo o un prodotto identici
o che forniscano funzioni e prestazioni identiche o superiori. Se la
riparazione o la sostituzione dovessero rivelarsi impossibili, il costo del
prodotto vi sarà rimborsato.
Il pezzo e il prodotto di sostituzione, che potranno essere nuovi o
revisionati, saranno garantiti per un periodo di tre mesi dalla data di
riparazione, oppure per il periodo restante fino al termine della garanzia
iniziale se detto periodo è superiore a tre mesi. Tutti i pezzi o prodotti restituiti
e sostituiti diventano di proprietà del fabbricante.
L’acquirente è pregato di leggere attentamente il manuale d’uso incluso nella
confezione.

Il prodotto che ha acquistato è un prodotto tecnologico e deve essere
manipolato con cura.
Nota: questo prodotto benecia di una garanzia legale conformemente alla
regolamentazione applicabile alla vendita di beni di consumo in vigore nel
paese nel quale è stato effettuato l’acquisto (articolo 128
e ss. del codice del consumo).
Senza alcun pregiudizio della garanzia legale di cui benecia il prodotto, Atlinks
garantisce che il prodotto contenuto nella presente confezione è conforme alle
speciche tecniche indicate nel manuale
d’uso incluso nella confezione e ciò per un periodo di tempo che inizia a
decorrere della data d’acquisto del Prodotto nuovo, data che gura sulla fattura
o sullo scontrino di cassa dove è indicato il nome
del suo rivenditore, e la cui durata è di: Ventiquattro (24) mesi per l’apparecchio
telefonico, eccezion fatta per le parti consumabili, gli accessori e le batterie.
Per qualsiasi reclamo fondato su questa garanzia durante la sua durata di
validità, Lei dovrà rispedire il Prodotto integro al suo rivenditore, insieme alla
prova d’acquisto, ovvero alla fattura o allo scontrino di cassa emesso dal suo
rivenditore, indicando il luogo ove è avvenuto l’acquisto, il numero di serie del
Prodotto e la data della
manifestazione o della scoperta del difetto.
Atlinks si obbliga a riparare ogni elemento difettoso dovuto ad un vizio di
progettazione, di materiale o di fabbrica, a sue spese o a sostituirlo con un
apparecchio identico o almeno equivalente in termini di funzionalità e di
prestazioni.
Se la riparazione o la sostituzione si riveleranno impossibili in rapporto alle
normali condizioni commerciali, il Prodotto Le sarà rimborsato o sostituito con
un Prodotto equivalente.
Entro il limite massimo previsto dal diritto applicabile, il Prodotto o il pezzo di
sostituzione, nuovi o ricondizionati, sono garantiti per un periodo di novanta (90)
giorni a partire dalla data di riparazione o
fino alla data finale della garanzia iniziale se questa ultima è superiore a
novanta (90) giorni, inteso che ogni period d’immobilizzazione del Prodotto di
almeno sette (7) giorni si aggiungerà alla durata della garanzia restante.
La presente garanzia non si applicherà nei seguenti casi:
installazione o uso non conforme alle istruzioni fornite nel manual d’uso;
connessione scorretta o uso anormale del Prodotto, in particolare con
accessori non compatibili, secondo quanto indicato nelle istruzioni fornite
nel manuale d’uso;
prodotto aperto, modicato o sostituito con pezzi non conformi;
numero di serie cancellato, illeggibile, deteriorato;
usura normale, compresa l’usura normale degli accessori, delle batterie e
dello schermo;
non rispetto delle norme tecniche e di sicurezza in vigore nella zona di
utilizzazione;
prodotto danneggiato da urti o cadute;
prodotto deteriorato da fulmini, da sovratensioni elettriche, da una fonte
diretta o irradiata di calore, dal contatto con un liquido, dall’esposizione a
condizioni di temperatura, umidità o qualsiasi altra condizione ambientale
eccessiva o altra causa esterna al prodotto stesso;
manutenzione errata o negligente del prodotto;
manutenzione o riparazione del prodotto effettuate da persone non
accreditate da Atlinks;
Nel caso in cui il Prodotto non sia coperto dalla garanzia, Lei riceverà un
preventivo di riparazione che conterrà il costo dell’ispezione tecnica e le
spese di trasporto che Le saranno fatturate se desidera che il Prodotto Le
sia restituito;
Questa garanzia è valida nel paese nel quale Lei ha regolarmente acquistato il
Prodotto, a condizione che questo paese sia membro dell’Unione Europea.
Con riserva delle disposizioni di legge, tutte le garanzie che non rientrano nell’
ambito di quelle qui sopra descritte sono espressamente escluse.
NELLA MISURA MASSIMA AUTORIZZATA DALLA LEGGE APPLICABILE,

8. SICUREZZA

conforme ai requisiti essenziali e alle altre disposizioni pertinenti della

1. INSTALLING THE TELEPHONE
Your Temporis 10 telephone comprises:
� a base and a handset,
� a telephone cord,
� an emergency numbers label.
Connect one end of the telephone cord (spiral part) to the jack on the bottom
of the handset. Connect the other end of the line cord to the wall telephone
jack.
2. WALL MOUNTING THE TELEPHONE
� To install the telephone on the wall, run the line cord
(straight part) through the 2 slots under the base
(bottom).
� Drill two vertical holes in the wall, 83 mm apart.
Insert the anchors then screw in wood screws
(diameter: 3 mm, length: 25 mm) without tightening
them. Secure the base to the screws pulling it
downwards.
� On the base, pivot the round plastic part (with a flat
screwdriver or small coin) so that the word "wall"
can be read correctly.
! The screws are not supplied in the package.
3. USING THE TEMPORIS 10
� Calling a correspondent
Pick up the handset, wait for the tone and dial the number of the person
you want to talk to.
� Redialling the last number
Pick up the handset to obtain a tone then press the key.
� Adjusting the ringing volume (2 levels) on the handset top side
The ringing volume adjustment is by default set to the highest volume
( ). You can reduce it by placing the cursor opposite ( ).

� Mute function
During a conversation, if you don't want your correspondent to hear you.
To resume the conversation and allow your correspondent to hear you,
press the key once more.
� Ringing light
When there is an incoming call, the light on the top of the handset comes
on.
4. SETTING THE TEMPORIS 10 PARAMETERS
� Tone/Pulse dialling
By default, your telephone uses voice frequency ( ). If this is not suitable,
you can switch to pulse dialling by setting (with the tip of a pen) to
( ) the cursor located on the lower side of the handset.
� Pause ( )
This function is only used behind a PABX (to insert a pause, e.g. between
the PABX outgoing prefix and the number to send on the line).
� Flash time
The cursor on the upper side of the handset can be used to modify the
flash time (values: 100, 300 or 600 ms).
Position the cursor (with the tip of a pen) on the chosen value (behind
a PABX: 100 ms – English public network: 100 ms).
Then confirm the change by hanging up the handset on the base before
making a new call.

� There is no tone

� The telephone doesn't ring

Check that the ringer is not switched off (see ringer adjustment).
Note: When connected to a business telephone system (PABX),
a red indicator light ( ) blinks to signal the presence of voicemail
messages (only applicable for some PABX).

� You cannot hear your correspondent

Check that another extension on the installation is not being used
at the same time.
6. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
� Telephone connection: Appliance designed for connection to an
analogue telephone line class TRT3 (telecommunications network
voltage) as defined by standard NF EN 60950.
� Caution, the network voltage is classified as a hazard according to the
criteria of this standard.
� Operating temperature: from 5 to 40 °C.
7. GUARANTEE
We would remind you that the Temporis 10 is an appliance approved in
compliance with European regulations, as attested to by the CE marking.
You thus have a legal warranty covering this product and you should contact
your reseller for any information relating to the said warranty.
Regardless of the legal warranty covering the product, the reseller
guarantees conformity of the products with their technical specifications
for a period of twelve (12) months including parts and labour, starting from
the date appearing on the proof of purchase of the product. You should
therefore retain your invoice or till receipt specifying the date of purchase
of the product and the name of the reseller. However, if the legal warranty
applicable in your country exceeds twelve (12) months, the legal warranty
alone then applies. However, if the legal warranty is less than twelve (12)
months, the total period of the warranty (legal and commercial) will be of
twelve (12) months. The faulty part or product will be repaired or replaced
free of charge with an identical part or product or an equivalent or better
one in terms of functionality and performance. If it proves impossible to
repair or replace the item, you will be refunded for the product.
Products and spare parts - which may be either new or refurbished - are
guaranteed either for three months from the date of repair or until the end
of the initial warranty period, whichever is the longer. Products and parts
that have been returned and replaced become the property of the
manufacturer.

Temporis 10 is certied as conforming to European technical standards, as
evidenced by the CE Mark afxed thereto.
The product you have just bought is a technological product, which must be
handled with care.
UK legislation, including Sale of Goods Acts and regulations, imply
certain conditions which may apply to the product you have purchased
from the retailer (statutory warranty). These include conditions relating
to quality.
For information concerning the statutory warranty, please consult the retailer
who sold the product to you (seller).
Without prejudice to any statutory warranty from which the product benets,
ATLINKS Europe whose registered ofce address is at 22 quai Gallieni 92150
Suresnes France warrants that the product contained in this package complies
with the technical specications set forth in the user’s guide, during a warranty
period commencing on the date of purchase of an unused Product, which shall
be presumed to be the date appearing on the invoice or the receipt issued by
the seller, upon which appears the seller’s name and continuing for:
Twenty-four (24) months for the telephone, excluding consumables,
accessories and batteries.
Together with any claim made under this warranty during the warranty period,
the complete Product must be returned to the seller as soon as the defect
appears or is discovered, together with proof of purchase, consisting of an
invoice or receipt issued by the seller specifying the place of purchase and the
serial number of the Product.
Any Product or Product part found, during the warranty period, to have a
defect in design, materials or workmanship shall be repaired or replaced, at no
cost to you, by a product or part that is identical or at least equivalent in terms
of function and performance. If repair or replacement is not possible on a
commercially reasonable basis, ATLINKS will refund the purchase price of the
Product or replace the Product by an equivalent product.
The repaired or replaced Product or part, which, may be new or refurbished,
shall be under warranty for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of repair
or replacement, or until the end of the initial warranty period if that exceeds the
said ninety (90) days; the warranty period shall also be extended by any period
exceeding six days between the date the defective Product is delivered to
the seller and the date that the repaired or replaced Product is placed at your
disposition.
This warranty does not apply in case of:
damage caused by installing or using the Product otherwise than in
accordance with the instructions contained in the user’s guide;
improper connection or abnormal use of the Product, in particular together
with incompatible accessories, as stipulated in the user’s guide;
a Product that has been opened, modified or fitted with unapproved
replacement parts;
removal of the serial number or defacement rendering the serial number
illegible;
normal wear and tear, including normal wear and tear of accessories,
batteries and screens;
non-compliance with technical and safety standards in force in the
geographical area of utilization;
Products having suffered an impact or a fall;
damage caused by lightning, power surge, proximity to a source of heat or
radiation, water damage, exposure to excessive temperature, humidity or
other environmental conditions or any other cause external to the Product;
negligent or defective maintenance;
damage caused by servicing, modification or repair performed by any
person other than an authorized ATLINKS service provider.
If the returned Product is not covered by the warranty, you will receive a repair
estimate giving the processing cost and the transport fees that will be charged
if you wish the Product to be returned to you.
This warranty is applicable where the Product is lawfully purchased, in the
United Kingdom .
All warranties other than the warranty set forth herein are expressly excluded.
Nothing in this warranty shall exclude or limit conditions or warranties implied
by law including the statutory warranty.
ATLINKS shall:
only be respons ible to you for losses suffered by yo u tha t are a

However this clause shall not prevent claims for foreseeable loss of, or
damage to, your physical property;
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits in any way ATLINKS liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods
Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for ATLINKS to
exclude or attempt to exclude liability.

However, this warranty does not apply in the following cases:
� installation or use in a way which fails to comply with the instructions
contained in this guide;
� incorrect connection or non-standard use of the product, notably with

� normal wear;
� failure to observe the technical and safety standards in force in the country

� appliances subjected to shocks or falls;
� devices damaged by lightning, voltage surge, heat sources or radiation
therefrom, water, exposure to excessive humidity, or any other cause
external to the product itself;
� negligence or poor maintenance;
� maintenance or repair of the product by persons not authorized by the
manufacturer or reseller.
THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT
AFFECTED.
8. SAFETY

Do not use your telephone to notify a gas leak when standing
in the vicinity of the leak.
We recommend not using a telephone during a storm.
ATLINKS hereby declares that the Temporis 10 conform to the essential
requirements and other applicable provisions of European directive
1999/5/CE.

9. ENVIRONMENT
This symbol means that your inoperative electronic
appliance must be collected separately and not mixed with
the household waste. The European Union has
implemented a specific collection and recycling system for
which producers are responsible.
This appliance has been designed and manufactured with high quality
materials and components that can be recycled and reused. Electrical and
