Defective twice in the first two years, both times the water is no longer pumped up to the reservoir. The issue happened each time after about a year of use. The first time the technician replaced the entire bottom section of the drier. Now broken again and waiting for yet another fix. Very unhappy with the quality of this drier, won't be buying a Zanussi again.
