For information to the owners of a Vespa Scooters. Through one of the two wires from the 12 volt dc overvoltage protection, viz. By attaching one wire to the plus of the battery and the second wire to the -minus of the battery, the overall electronic conductors are protected against the irregularity of the battery's electrical voltage.
