TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS RAPIER (EN)
Inner First Pitching
1. Assemble the pole.
2. Open inner on ground and position in desired direction.
3. Locate pole sleeve on inner and insert pole.
4. Insert the end of pole into corresponding eyelet at rear of tent.
5. Push pole into an arch from front of tent and insert pole into corresponding eyelet on pole anchor strap.
6. Tighten the pole tension adjuster at front of tent.
7. Peg out the anchor straps at the ends of the pole.
8. Peg out the inner corners.
Flysheet
1. Open out flysheet and position so that the doorway on the inner fly line up.
2. Attach the 2 hook and loop straps around the pole. 1, at the top of the door way, and 1 above the rear vent.
3. Connect the toggles on the sides of the inner tent to their corresponding tab on the inside of the flysheet.
4. Clip the buckles on the flysheet, into their corresponding buckles on the inner at the ends of the pole.
5. Tighten up the tension straps.
6. Place the elastic pegging points on the flysheet around the pegs used for the inner tent corners. Replace pegs if necessary to tension
flysheet.
7. Peg out ALL guy lines.

AUFBAUANLEITUNG RAPIER (DE)
Innenzelt-zuerst-Aufbau
1. Stecken Sie die Stange zusammen.
2. Breiten Sie das Innenzelt auf dem Boden aus und positionieren Sie es in der gewünschten Richtung.
3. Finden Sie die Stangenhülle am Innenzelt und führen Sie die Stange ein.
4. Setzen Sie das Stangenende in die passende Öse an der hinteren Seite des Zelts ein.
5. Drücken Sie die Stange gewölbeförmig von der Vorderseite des Zelts aus hoch und setzen Sie die Stange in die passende Öse in der
Verankerungsschnur der Stange ein.
6. Ziehen Sie den Spannsteller an der Vorderseite des Zelts an.
7. Stecken Sie die Verankerungsschnüre am Ende der Stangen aus.
8. Stecken Sie die inneren Ecken aus.
Außenzelt
1. Breiten und positionieren Sie das Überdach so aus, dass die Türöffnung und die Innenseite des Überdachs übereinstimmen.
2. Befestigen Sie die 2 Klettbänder um die Stange herum. 1 oben an der Türöffnung und 1 über der hinteren Lüftungsöffnung.
3. Verbinden Sie die Schnüre an den Seiten des Innenzelts mit den passenden Laschen im Inneren des Überdachs.
4. Klippen Sie die Blitzverschlüsse am Überdach fest, in die entsprechenden Blitzverschlüsse im Inneren am Ende der Stangen.
5. Spannen Sie die Spannungsbänder.
6. Bringen Sie die elastischen Befestigungspunkte am Überdach um die für die inneren Zeltecken benutzten Heringe herum an. Versetzen
sie Heringe, falls dies zum Spannen des Überdachs notwendig ist.
7. Spannen Sie ALLE Spannseile.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE RAPIER (FR)
Montage en commençant par la tente intérieure
1. Assembler l'arceau.
2. Ouvrir l'intérieur sur le sol et positionner dans la direction voulue
3. Placer le fourreau d'arceau à l'intérieur et y insérer l'arceau.
4. Insérer l'extrémité de l'arceau à l'intérieur de l'oeillet correspondant, à l'arrière de la tente.
5. Pousser l'arceau à l'intérieur d'une arche, depuis l'avant de la tente, et insérer l'arceau dans l'oeillet correspondant, sur la bande
d'ancrage de l'arceau.
6. Resserrer l'ajusteur de tension, à l'avant de la tente.
7. Attacher les bandes d'ancrage aux extrémités de l'arceau.
8. Attacher les coins de l'intérieur.
Double Toit
1. Ouvrir le double toit et le positionner, afin que la porte intérieure et la porte du double toit soient alignées.
2. Attacher les 2 sangles avec crochet et boucle autour de l'arceau. 1, au sommet de la porte, et 1 au-dessus de la fente d'aération arrière.
3. Relier les chevilles, sur les côtés de la tente intérieure, à leurs attaches respectives, à l'intérieur du double toit.
4. Clipper les boucles sur le double toit, sur leurs boucles respectives à l'intérieur, aux extrémités de l'arceau.
5. Resserrer et remonter les sangles de tension.
6. Placer les points de fixation élastiques sur le double toit, autour des piquets utilisés pour les coins de la tente intérieure. Replacer les
piquets, si nécessaire, pour assurer la bonne tension du double toit.
7. Attacher TOUTES les cordes de tension.

How do I impregnate a tent? Verified

Pitch the tent, clean the cloth and let it dry. Apply the impregnation agent on the cloth with a plant sprayer or other spray. It is also possible to use a paint roller or brush. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent. Also treat the inside of the tent. Thoroughly clean any windows with a moist cloth. Do not let the impregnation agent dry on it. Let the tent cloth fully dry. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Can I repair a tear or hole in the canvas of my tent myself? Verified

There are special pieces of self-adhesive patches of cloth available for synthetic tent canvases. Stick one of these patches on both sides of the hole or tear. For cotton tent canvases or mixed material tent canvases it's best to use patches that can be ironed on. This will require an iron.

When a zipper is running smoothly, use a dry PTFE spray or silicone spray. Do not spray onto the cloth and preventively spray to prevent future problems.

On grassland or forest surfaces you can use semi circular or plastic pegs. On rocky surfaces you need to use rock pegs. On clay surfaces you can use semi circular, plastic or universal pegs. On gravel surfaces you need semi circular or universal pegs and on sand you need to use wooden pegs.

The impregnation agent leaves white stains or a white haze on the tent cloth, what can I do about this? Verified

If the agent leaves a white haze or white stains on the tent cloth, this means you have applied more impregnation agent on those areas. This is not harmful and the stains often disappear over time. It is not advisable to use less impregnation agent to prevent stains. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent to give good results.
