Hi, I bought a Thule 921 and I can't find anything about the functioning of that wheel under the locking device on the tow hook. I saw that the wheel turns and I increase the space for the closure on the tow hook. I would like to know how long it should stay closed and what force should I use to close it on the hook. If the wheel is very open the closing is simple, if it is very closed I have to use a lot of force to close it and I am afraid of breaking it. How does it work? Thanks

Are all 4 wheel rails extendable or just the 2 on the left? I get no movement in 2 gutters on the right side.

you have to loosen the wheel far enough and pull the square sleeve towards you by tightening the clamp and the arm will open at the height of the support

Beautiful carrier. How do I get it tighter on the hitch ball? Can this be adjusted?

My question is about the click system that makes the carrier come forward at an angle. When I pull the large bracket, the carrier comes loose and hinges. To straighten it again, I push the bracket again, so that the carrier is secured again via plastic hooks. Couldn't that accidentally come off while driving?
