I had a key snapped off in the barrel of my EC909 Thule bike rack. l have managed to get the key out but now l can only remove the spare key when the barrel is locked. The key won’t come out in the unlocked position. Not sure if this is normal or whether the barrel has become damaged and needs replacing? Would someone mind checking if their key can only be removed when the barrel is both locked and unlocked? Many thanks
