The piece that comes out to refill with staples on my Optima 45 no longer comes out and no place on the Web to give help on what to do to fix this problem. Not had this thing 6 months yet, very disappointed in this item and the help for this item.

Just quit working and don't know how to fix it. It is supposed to be Jam free and guaranteed for 7 years. No one takes it back. $110 plus tax in the trash.

started new job-stapler in closet-works but only after about 20 clicks then staples. 24v plug in works fine. Any idea how to fix it-I staple a lot!!

Have had for 6 months and the tray to refill staples won't open. No way to take the thing apart to try to fix. Complete junk.
