I have a question about the silvercrest radiator thermostat no. IAN 383845. When setting the open window function, an asterisk should appear on the display. This is not the case, on the contrary the thermostat is set to saving time 15 degrees during the day. When the window is opened, the radiator turns on instead of decreasing. What am I doing wrong?
