Silvercrest Wireless Doorbell IAN321204_1910 STK 17 A1 Receiver is draining `good make` batteries quickly. The case unit its self shows no discolouration or feels hot to the touch. Looking at the pcb, again there is no discolouration or feels hot to the touch yet I seem to be changing batteries every few days. The unit when fitted with new batteries works as expected. Do you suggest using rechargeable batteries or is there a fault with the unit.
