OpenTherm Modulating Control is a method of control used by modern heating systems. Instead of
switching a boiler on and off at intervals, modulating control allows the amount of heat provided by the
boiler to be controlled to match the varying demand from the thermostat. This means the customer has
greater system efficiency, energy saving and room comfort from our heating controls.
Using UP or DOWN, navigate to
Hot Water submenu and
press SELECT.

I have the two page manual and cannot make head not tail of it. My heating is coming on unnecessarily when the temperature is 22 degrees outside and the radiators are scalding except for the hall radiator which is cold. I am so frustrated. Wish I had never had it installed!

I have changed the batteries and every icon on the display is lit up. I can't get beyond that. Pressing the buttons does nothing. I have tried the down button and boost for over 5 seconds for factory reset and that does nothing either.
