Question: I bought the machine and tried it, but the steering wheel left it running enough to get the thread below, the needle doesn't go down. What can I do to resolve the issue?
Susan Annable11-11-2021 I wish I knew. Only used machine three times, Steering wheel seems to have fouled up, needle does not go fully down now. Tried to take apart to oil to see if that is the problem but can't get into machine. Taken out no end of screws but stumped now. No instruction on oiling in manual. I feel it is the shaft inside the casing at the steering wheel end. Help!
