Question: I cannot get the hand wheel knob to release like you would have to do in order to wind the bobbin. It has been tightened so tight that I cannot even begin to move it. The machine will sew but I believe that the hand wheel is being prevented from moving freely. As a result, the machine moves VERY slowly and is laboured in its movement. If I could only release the hand wheel knob. I tried removing the screw in the knob and tightened it but it didn't make any difference.
