My tv ( 55GZ950) will not access the Apps Market place, giving an Error Code E1707250. It has been doing this for some months, so the text with error code, is wrong, it says the server is down for maintenance.... How can I fix this?

Pressing the TEXT button does not engage teletext, even after many attempts. I know that BBC are closing down teletext quite soon, but I would expect to be able to access the existing teletext service by pressing the TEXT button.
